The instructions are below and I will post the example and who to assemble your team from thank you. I need this done asap. It is not a long response at all the most will be around 200 words or so. thank you.
Now it’s time to assemble your team
Start by conceptualizing the type of team you want to assemble. I should note that students from previous semesters have taken considerable liberties with this task, resulting in some clever outcomes. So I say, go for it! (…within reason, of course.) One post comes to mind that had great potential. “I am tech savvy, skilled at jigsaw puzzles and re-assembling cracked eggs, and am good with numbers.” Wow! You can do so much with this one. I leave to you – serious or levity.
After scouring the PERSONAL SKILLS INVENTORY to see what skills and abilities your classmates have to offer, put it all together.
For instance, I created this fictitious team and the subsequent idea out of thin air in about 15 minutes.
Student One might speak French, write computer code, know CPR, and work as the manager of a local store. Student Two is athletic, loves working with children, and aspires to be a grade school teacher. Student Three serves on the student council, interns at a local city government in their planning office, and knows how to use GIS software. And, Student Four aspires to be a city / county manager, is strong in writing, understands policy very well, and moonlights as a LYNX driver. Learning this I imagined how to use particular skills / abilities to develop a hypothetical nonprofit organization that serves at-risk children by organizing sports teams to encourage positive behavior.
- The first student knows CPR and has management skills, so that person could manage the organization. The CPR skill would add to the organization’s ability to gain a license, grants, or accreditation.
- The second student is athletic and likes working with kids. That person would work directly with the kids.
- The third student seems to be politically connected, so that person would work well in establishing the organization.
- The fourth student seems to be a leader (…aspiring to be a city or county manager), understands policy, and is a strong writer. That person would probably be best suited to be an administrator and/or grant writer.
