Each student should carry out an economic appraisal of an existing or proposed construction project or plant, e.g commercial, retail, infrastructure, wind farm, offshore energy etc, with regard to economics of project. You should use NPW, EAW and IRR tools of economic appraisal. If regarding your chosen project you think other factors like Social or Environmental should to be considered, use some method eg. Multi criteria or TChart to do that. However keep this brief, as it’s the economic evaluation we more are concerned with for this project.
