How will you know if your new recruitment and selection system is working? Identify any potential barriers to the effective implementation of your recruitment and selection system and propose strategies for coping with them. Talk about how your line manager counterparts will be part of this evaluation system.

As the authors discussed, evaluating a staffing system allows the organization to objectively assess how well its different staffing initiatives are working. As the human resource professionals, you have to think about your line manager business partners and how they see the success of the staffing system. When all is said and done, the new hires will be working for the line organization. Having the line manager involved throughout the process will make for high-quality employees.
