(spelling, grammar, punctuation) Did you show, quantitatively or qualitatively, if a relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Cultural Intelligence exists? Question 2: Using the Leadership Article, find the best leadership theory for optimizing your success as a leader. Briefly describe the predictor(s), that is, the theory (behavior) and the criteria, the standard(s) for deciding success or failure. Include evidence to support your claim, quantitatively or qualitatively. The answer should be no more than one page, double-spaced. It should have a 1” border, 12 pt. Times Roman font; a coversheet with a title and your name. No introduction or conclusion is required. It will graded on accuracy, completeness, and writing mechanics.
