I need around 0 ~ 4 strategy explanation on each segment. I already started on a word document.

If I could get help on what numbers to put on each segment that would be very helpful. As well as strategy explanation on a word

document as simplest way as possible.

 

Strategy

Park Sungwoo company will pursue Broad Differentiator Strategy. By keeping an existence in every segment, will set a goal to achieve a competitive advantage by maintaining high performance and increasing awareness of the products. The focus is to plan for R&D strategy that continuously researching new design and updating the product. Improving the size and performance will be the key to this strategy. Bring in the new design with the improved performance of products with price will be aimed for higher than average and increasing the demand will be our goal.
