Beginning October 5th to November 6 I would like you to make a health goal (eating well, exercising, quitting smoking, decreasing alcohol consumption etc.) and I would like you to write at least 2 sentences per day (handwritten neatly or typed in a word document is fine). Specifically address what did that day to work toward your goal and how you felt about it (good, energized, discouraged etc.). At the end of the journal please include a one page response reflecting on your experience and how some information from class has affected the way you will approach your goal in the future.
