I have a project and I want you to add some details for the two regression models? (project is attached just to give you an idea)
Linear Regression: We will build a predictive model with estimated sales price as the target variable. We will include variables such as assessed value. The estimated sales price based on assessed value will be used as a baseline in recommending an asking price. Estimated sales price-> asking price
Logistic Regression: Once a seller has an estimated sales price and days on market date in mine, another model is required to help make the decision of price reduction. We will build a logistic regression model with the target variable being the probability of making a price reduction (0-1).
Dependent variables include: asking price (estimated sales price), days on market, market health index, etc. (data from zillow).
