a research-based manuscript for potential submission to a professional journal

1- I want the Research paper 10 to 12 pages .

2- I want the research paper supported by fifteen studies from 2012 and above.

3.I want in the introduction to the research paper ( capture the readers interest + statement of problem + statement of research question and/or hypotheses , rationale and significance of the study

4. literature review ( in this study , this part is integrated into the findings in the final paper and does not stand alone + may stand alone in proposal )
