Develop a theme and “discuss how the related cultural topic evolves and is affected by its context or location while examining the roles of media, networks and/or institutions in shaping identity within and across cultures.”

For example, if you choose architecture (topic) and choose theme religion (theme) in India (location), you would discuss how religious structures (churches, mosques, etc.) have evolves/changed over time — what does today’s religious structures have in common with the past or hat has changed. What role does media or govt. have in the architecture or on religion in general. Some countries have guidelines for buildings. Some changes in architecture have to be approved by government entities, especially in countries where there is no separation of church and state. Also how is culture identity affected by religion or architecture.
