The Director-General needs the final and complete SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, which is your best plan to communicate quickly and effectively in all of the affected areas.

For this final and complete SWOT Analysis, the Director-General wants you to submit all the parts of the SWOT Analysis in a single written document including the following two concluding items:

1. Create a 4-square summary table with titles and 3-5 bullet points that review and summarize the findings of the SWOT Analysis (of the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats that were examined in the Module 2, 3, and 4 assignments).
2. Write a 1-2 page conclusion that summarizes the effects and success of the plan regarding all the topics in all parts of the SWOT analysis. Be sure to clearly explain each of the elements that makes your communication plan the best option. The Director-General needs to be persuaded that your plan is the most effective plan that can quickly communicate essential information to all the affected areas using the most appropriate communication strategies. Be sure to clearly explain and demonstrate your knowledge about how lingua franca has been used in this global situation most effectively.

Place all the parts of the SWOT Analysis into one Word document (the communication plan, the strengths and weaknesses analysis, the opportunities and threats analysis, and this final summary table and conclusion). For the Summary Table, follow the detailed instructions in bullet point (a) above. For the conclusion, be sure to review all the parts of the SWOT in at least 3-4 paragraphs. The document should be approximately 6+ pages in total length once combined.
