Address the Situation Analysis (within the BMP)

• Company – what is it?
• Customer – who are they?
• Competitors – who are they?
• Collaborators – partners/providers – is there a chance you could do a co-op (see below)
• Context – economy, environment, social

Co-op a Brand to this resort (part of the Marketing Objectives/Strategies)

• Automobile manufacturer, liquor company (resort?), lighter brand & music (fashion?), etc.
• Explain how this partner will help leverage your new brand through advertising

Details you must address within your report:

• Branding – Name/Logo
• Audience(s) – whom do you want to attract?Advertising – what & how?
• Market your report to potential investors.
• Focus your theme/overall brand and appeal on specific categories/industries/needs
• Trust?Why will your customers want to stay at your resort or buy your product?

Your paper must be seven pages – title page, four pages of information, one page of visuals – logo + image of your product – and a references page (see layout attached).
