Week 2 Deliverables (Topic)—10 points

You must post the following information in a Microsoft Word document to the Week 2 Dropbox.
•Your name
•A short (no more than one paragraph) definition of HIE in your own words
•Title of your topic

Your Course Project can be based on interviews with those involved in HIE, readings, Internet research, or a combination of all three.

Week 4 Deliverables (Outline)—10 points

A content outline for your paper is due this week. Your outline should indicate how you plan to aIDress project expectations and the primary sources of information you have identified. Be sure to aIDress the following areas in your outline and final paper.
•Outline U.S. history of HIE
•Benefits of HIE (underlying the justification for HIE)
•Ways that privacy and security concerns are aIDressed
•Current challenges and ways to overcome them

Week 6 Deliverables (completed project paper)—100 points

The completed written project paper, focused on health information exchange by outlining the history of U.S.-based attempts at getting HIE among providers, is due this week. Your paper can be based on interviews with those involved in HIE, readings, Internet research, or a combination of all three. Be sure that your paper aIDresses the following areas.
•Outlining U.S. history of HIE
•Benefits of HIE (underlying the justification for HIE)
•Ways that privacy and security concerns are aIDressed
•Current challenges and ways to overcome them

The paper should be approximately 7–10 typed pages in length, double-spaced, and using 12-point font (APA format). The page count does not include your cover page or References page. You must include a References page, citing your references in APA format.

Week 7 Deliverables (brief online presentation in the Week 7 Discussion area)—20 points

As part of the Course Project, you must post a brief PowerPoint presentation to the class during the Week 7 Discussion, reviewing a highlight of your project findings and posting a question for the class as well as responding to your classmate’s questions. The online presentation and question is to be posted at the beginning of Week 7 to allow your classmates the opportunity to respond throughout the week. The presentation also needs to be placed in the Week 7 Dropbox.

* As you can see I posted the Entire assignment that I will be needed in the next few week. I already completed the Week 2 deliverable myself….so this is week 4 and I only need the outline and you see what is need in the above instructions
