Probably the FDR is quite high, so could you please find the outliner as well ( PCA method in edgeR) and plot the MA plot.

Maybe also a heatmap suggest you can use R package (edgeR or DEseq2) Could you please show me all the step with screen capture as well as the script and all the raw file with sloted data ps we are using the hg19.
