Description of problem to be solved
Using the Case provided (See appendixes) Write an essay of 3000 words (bearing in mind the three learning outcomes) and demonstrate how you can communicate effectively health and safety policies and procedures, legislations, responsibilities and culture using once own work place experience or health and social care organisation of your choice.
