At Elite Academic Research, we strive to ensure that all customer expectations have been fully met – and we have managed to do this 99.9% over the past ten years. However, occasionally, things might go unexpectedly, necessitating either a partial or full reimbursement.
Situations that may necessitate a Refund.
- Duplicate payments. If, by any chance, you make payment for the same order/invoice, contact our support team immediately. You will be required to provide evidence of both receipts for verification. Once verified, a 100% refund on the second invoice will be issued through the same method you used to pay.
- Duplicate orders. If, by any chance, a customer mistakenly places an order twice, a 100% refund will be processed if you reach out to our support team within a reasonable time.
- Order/Class Cancellation. When a client cancels an order/class, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the amount of work already completed. For example, if you order a 10-page paper and then cancel the order when the expert has already completed 5 pages, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Late delivery/poor quality claims. This almost never happens with our service. However, if it does, the client is entitled to a partial/full refund following a complete investigation by our quality assurance team.
- Poor grades. For clients on our full class management service, a 100% refund will be issued if the guaranteed grade is not attained. In addition to providing sample tasks, our expert tutors are required to work in coordination with clients to ensure that only work that meets the highest required quality standards has been submitted. However, for clients using our online platform to order for individual essays and assignments, a refund cannot be issued since, following our terms of service, you are not to use our expert samples as your own original work. The papers we write are for the sole purpose of improving your learning and fostering educational growth.
If you need a refund for reasons not detailed in this policy, kindly contact our support team for further guidance. We understand that we could not possible have envisioned every situation that may happen.
You cannot receive a refund if.
- You request for a refund more than 30 days after the event that necessitated the said refund claim.
- The refund event was a result of your own doing. For example, failing to provide all the required order materials to our experts. It is your responsibility to ensure full instructions have been availed.
- In the case of late delivery, you cannot receive a refund if the delay in order delivery was caused by a delay on your part in providing the required order materials.
- The inability to receive the task on time was because of internet or other service outages, technical difficulties, or legal restrictions on the client’s side.
- You fail to provide concrete evidence in support of your refund claim. For example, failure to provide receipts of payments. Grading reports, or instructor’s feedback.
Refunds for duplicate payments and duplicate orders will be processed immediately. All other refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Note that after the issuance of the refund, you are prohibited to use any product, or parts of a product, that have been compensated. Any originality or legal issues arising from the continued use of a product whose payment has already been refunded will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
